Common Rate Questions

Do rate changes for night movements

Yes. Rates are subject to adjustment for night movements, inner-city travel, and high-risk weather conditions. All modifications must be agreed upon in writing, by text, or by email before the job begins.

When does wait time feel apply ?

Wait time is charged after the first free hour from the scheduled departure time, plus any wait time required during the actual move. Rate is $30–$50 per hour.

What is the No-Go Fee ?

The No-Go fee ($350–$425) is applied when we are notified of a cancellation or postponement later than 4:00 PM the day before the load is scheduled to depart. This covers contractor preparation and reserved time.

When are dead-head miles charged ?

Dead-head miles ($0.75/mile) are billed when our escort vehicle must drive more than 200 miles to reach the pickup location. A pre-trip relocation fee of $125 may also apply.
